Data Collection

  • Hosting and delivery data processed by Vercel, such as IP address, request metadata, user agent, timestamps, and technical logs required to serve and secure the site.
  • Local browser storage for app preferences such as selected mode, text, font, typography settings, colors, sensitivity, reactive strength, and interface settings.
  • No user accounts, no newsletter signup, no advertising trackers, and no client-side analytics configured by us on this site.

If you grant microphone access in the app, audio is processed live in your browser only to drive visuals. We do not record, store, upload, or share microphone audio or raw audio data.

Fonts used by the app are self-hosted local files. No Google Fonts CDN or external font API is required for the visualizer.

External Services and Your Rights

Hosting is provided by Vercel. As a result, technical request data may be processed by Vercel to operate, deliver, and protect the website. Depending on the hosting setup, processing may also take place outside the EU or EEA, including in the United States.

You may have rights under the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. For privacy requests, contact: signal@latentmachine.com

Retention and Updates

Local browser storage remains on your device until you clear your browser data or remove it manually. Hosting-related technical logs are retained by Vercel according to its platform settings, retention rules, and security requirements.
